But when it comes to choosing a retirement community for your loved ones, there is very little of this “infrastructure” in existence. Research has shown that there is void in this area of expertise. But there is a lot of money to be made in creating this kind of content and building affiliate relationships.
You could start off with a blog where you feature retirement communities across your particular region and detail every piece of information that a customer would need in order to make better decisions for your love ones.
Or if you want to take it a little further by creating a “Zillow-type” website that could serve as an “directory” and “booking portal” for all the retirement communities in the region.
